How many simulator rooms do you have?
Our Richmond, TX location has two private simulator suites. Memberships are limited to keep the space members-only and never overcrowded.
What technology is used in the simulator rooms?
Each suite runs a Full Swing simulator — the same professional-grade technology used by PGA Tour professionals. Real golf balls, a large hitting area, and immediate, no-lag ball tracking.
Do you offer rental clubs and balls?
We will always have golf balls and tees for you to use. Please bring your own clubs. And note, serious golfers get the most consistent practice (and most transferable results on the course) if they use their own ball.
Do you sell food/drinks?
No — and that's good news. All outside food and drink are welcome in your suite. We just ask that you leave the suite ready for the next member when you're done - just the way you'd want to find it.
How much does it cost to play?
Most memberships are a flat monthly rate with a daily time allocation — no per-session charges. If you'd rather pay as you go, the Hourly plan is $25/month plus $45 per hour booked. See all membership tiers.
What's the commitment?
No commitment. Monthly memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime — no long-term contracts, no cancellation penalties.
Is it staffed?
No. Swing 365 Richmond is a secure, unstaffed environment — members access their suite independently and practice or play on their own schedule, without crowds or weather delays.
How do I unlock the door?
The door stays locked around the clock. You'll get a link to unlock it 10 minutes before your tee time — no key, no code, no front desk.
What are your hours?
Open 24/7/365 — including holidays, weekends, early mornings, and late nights. Book online anytime and come whenever it's convenient.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Guest passes are $25 for anyone golfing during your session. There's no charge for guests who are simply observing, or if you're playing with a fellow member.
Do you offer corporate pricing?
